Miss Vera M. Barteaux has gone to Springfield to attend school We wish her much success.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mosher were guests at Alma Thorne’s, Victoriavale, one day last week.
Mrs. Zebulon Elliott is on the sick list at time of writing. We wish her a speedy recovery.
Mr. Harding Ellioot has his grinding mill running every Wednesday of each week and is doing splendid work.
Mr. Ross Miller accompanied by his friend, Mr. Harry Brag, returned home after spending two weeks at Wolfville.
The “Mite Party” which was held on Jan. 20, proved a grand success. The sum of $2.40 was realized for the Red Cross Society.
Mrs. Jane Andrews from North Range and George Andrews from Outram, were guests at Mr. and Mrs. M. Slocumb’s one day last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brown gave a very interesting evening, Jan. 20, when many of their friends gathered at their home. All enjoyed themselves and when the week small hours were drawing nigh all dispersed having spent a very pleasant evening.
