Miss Juanita Bishop spent a part of last week in Lawrencetown.

Mr. Jas. R. DeWitt returned on Saturday from a trip to Boston.

Miss Annie Miller of Bear River, is the guest of Miss Marguerite Hicks.

Mr. Eldon Moore has returned from Halifax where he has been visiting his brother.

Miss Lillian Newcombe has returned after a visit of some days with relatives in Middleton.

Mrs. H.L. Bustin was in Bridgetown a few days last week, a guest at the St. James Hotel while here.

Mr. Lemoins Ruggles leaves for Montreal on Friday, where he will resume his studies at McGill University.

Mrs. Abner S. Williams returned home on Saturday last, after having spent the Christmas season with relatives in and around Boston.

Mrs. O.T. Daniels and daughter, Miss Ethel, have gone to Halifax and will be guests at the Queen Hotel during the remainder of the Winter.

Lieut. James H. Tupper of the Second Contingent, paid a brief visit to his family here last week, returning to his duties at Halifax on Thursday.

Mr. Arch Vroom, at one time employed in the carriage factor of Mr. Arthur Palfrey, but now living in British Columbia, was a guest at the home of Mr. Palfrey last week, and renewed old acquaintances while in town.
