Mr. Percy McGrath is home from a fishing trip off Brown’s.
Mrs. Elizabeth Covert is visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.H. Johns.
Quite a number from this place attended the Liberal Convention at Annapolis Royal.
Mr. P.G. Kendall went last week to Middleton and Nictaux, visiting relatives and friends there.
Mrs. Dakin, of Centreville, Digby County, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. J. McWhinnie of this place.
Messrs. Wm. McGrath and Roy McGrath went last week fishing with Captain William Snow, Schooner Dorothy M. Smart.
The wind and rain storm of Saturday night was one of the worst of this season and was followed by about two inches of snow which laid so level as to make quite good sleighing.
